With the
completion of 15 years in the automotive industry of India, the
Hyundai Motors Company has come up with a special ‘Celebration
Edition’ for its popular hatchback Santro Xing. The new features of
this flagship hatchback comprise of a chrome garnish at the rear,
rear sun blind, new stylish body graphics, Blaupunkt Audio system
along with new floor mats.
On the
other hand, one of the leading carmakers in India, Maruti Suzuki
India has brought a special and improved version of its much-famed
hatchback Swift, named as “Swift RS”. The carmakers have provided
the car with different styling updates, giving it a unique sporty
look and character. The first time ever, the Swift RS is launched
with black wheel colors. Also, this specialized edition of the Swift
is equipped with a high-end music system along with AUX-in, CD player
and USB facility.
As far as
car comparison between Hyundai Santro Xing and Maruti Swift
is concerned; the Hyundai Santro Xing comes with LPG fuel type, while
Maruti Suzuki Swift is available in Diesel. Mileage for the Xing is
8.44 kmpl, Swift is 18.1 kmpl and fuel tank capacity is 11.88 kmpl
and 22.9 kmpl respectively. However, both the hatchbacks have manual
transmission. Another prominent factor to compare
cars, India is the top speed.
Santro Xing delivers a top speed of 141km/hr whereas Maruti Swift
gives the top speed of 130km/hr.
